These terms explain the general basis on which project work is discussed and delivered. The agreed written proposal, scope, and payment terms for a specific project take priority where they differ.
Scope and changes
Work begins against an agreed scope, timeline, and price. Requests outside that scope are reviewed and repriced before the additional work starts.
Client access and responsibilities
The client provides the information, access, approvals, and third-party credentials reasonably required for the work. Delivery timelines may move where these are delayed.
Fees and payment
Payment milestones and due dates are set out in the project proposal or invoice. Work may pause where an overdue payment prevents the next stage from proceeding.
Ownership and handover
On final payment, the client receives the agreed deliverables, source code, and project access. Third-party services, licences, and assets remain subject to their own terms.
Confidentiality
Project information, credentials, and client materials are treated as confidential and used only for delivery of the agreed work.
