YOUR TECHNICAL DELIVERY PARTNER

Sell the work. I'll handle the build.

You are excellent at the thing your clients pay you for. When that work needs development attached to it, I take the technical side so you do not have to turn the project down or learn to code at 11pm.

THE SITUATION

When the project needs development you don't do.

Consultants and small teams hit this constantly. A strategy engagement turns into 'can you build the platform too?' A marketing retainer needs a custom integration. A client asks for the thing you designed to actually exist.

Saying no costs you the project and sometimes the relationship. Saying yes and figuring it out costs you evenings, quality, and eventually your reputation.

Small team planning client work

THE BETTER OPTION

Keep the client, keep the margin, and keep doing the work you are actually good at.

Senior capacity, only when the work exists

HOW IT WORKS

How the arrangement runs.

You own the client relationship entirely. I do not contact them, pitch them, or appear in the engagement unless you want me to.

You brief me on what needs building, I quote a fixed price, and you price your client with your margin on top. The build can happen in your infrastructure, or in one I set up in your name.

When it ships, I step away. The client stays yours.

01

You own the client

You remain the relationship, the strategist, and the person your client trusts.

02

I build the technical work

You send the brief, I quote a fixed number, and the technical delivery happens under your brand.

03

You deliver

The work ships under your name. The client, credit, and next conversation all stay with you.

WHAT I TAKE ON

What I handle.

01

Custom development

Web applications, mobile apps, internal tools, APIs, and integrations.

02

Platform builds

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Framer sites built properly rather than assembled.

03

Technical SEO

The development side of SEO work marketing consultants are often asked for and rarely equipped to deliver.

04

Automation & integrations

Connecting the systems your client already pays for so they stop doing things manually.

Consultant meeting with a client

What stays yours.

The client relationship.

The margin you set.

The credit for delivery.

The account for future work.

I have no interest in your clients. My business works because agencies and consultants come back repeatedly, which does not happen if I try to take the relationship.

GETTING STARTED

A simple way to start.

01

Send the brief

Even a rough one. A paragraph and a deadline is enough to start.

02

Get a number

Fixed price and fixed scope, before anything begins.

03

Price your client

With your margin, knowing your development cost is locked.

04

I build

Visible progress, questions raised early, and no surprises.

05

You deliver

Under your name, to your client.

CONSULTANT QUESTIONS

Clear before you say yes.

The relationship, commercial arrangement, and ownership details are agreed before the build starts.

Will you contact my client?

Not unless you specifically ask me to.

Can I mark up your price?

Yes. Most people do, and it is expected. What you charge your client is your business.

What if I don't have a repo or infrastructure?

I will set it up in your name and hand over the credentials. You own it.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, as standard.

What if my client wants to talk to the developer?

Then I will join a call as part of your team, using your email. Or you can stay the only point of contact, depending on what you prefer.

How small a project will you take?

If it has a clear scope and a deadline, it is worth asking about.

Have a project with development attached?

Send me the brief. You will get a fixed price and an honest answer about whether I am the right person for it.
